14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving a reason, counted from the day the contract is concluded. This applies to consumers and to sole traders buying something unconnected with their professional activity. It is separate from the free trial.
Digital content delivered immediately
Pro is digital content supplied immediately. Under Article 38(1)(13) of the Consumer Rights Act the right lapses only if all three of these are true: you expressly consented to supply beginning before the 14 days were up, you acknowledged that this ends the right, and you received confirmation. The App Store presents all three before payment. If you use the free trial, nothing has been paid, so cancelling inside it achieves the same result.
How to withdraw
Through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Settings › [your name] › Purchase History. You may also email support@kiwaro.app. No particular form is required. Model form: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of Kiwaro Pro. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].”
Refunds through the store
Apple is the seller of record, so refunds are issued by Apple to the original payment method, normally within 14 days. Use reportaproblem.apple.com or Settings › [your name] › Purchase History.
Cancelling a renewal
Cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period; you keep Pro until the period ends. Cancelling during the free trial stops it before any payment is taken.
